How sad, but I heared that they would have a different livery on their A380, but I think it is impossible for PAL to buy an A380, each costs $300Million while the 777-300ER(Extended Range) just $50Million
That 727 parked has been there for years. why don't they dis-assemble that? Is that 727 for display purposes only? haha. ive been in cebu because cebu is my hometown! =)
Yah me too, I have seen it recently ofter on my flights, even on Google earth pro/plus. And did you know that the Island on 00:13, we planted mangroves on that last 2005, now it is full of mangroves Im so proud! and geesh wala pa jud ang SRP noh? brabeh siguro ug traffic sauna kay sa Mactan Island raman gud ko naka live^_^ wahihi
yup! DC9's rock!! but it is too old.. over 2 decades i think..ive been in cebu pacific for several times but it was the time that they are using DC9, but now they replaced it with A318,319,320,&321...much better.
Cebu Pacific is just using twelve A139 for domestic fleets and two A320 for Intra-Asia fleets, they even have now two of their ATR72-500 for their Inter-Island fleets(e.g Boracay) and for the small airports all around the Philippines
I have been to Zamboanga City, and they used their A319 and A320, even on Dipolog City they used A319 and A320 Aircraft, I don't know yet in Ozamis City, I only flown there with Air Philippines with their Boeing 737-200, I also went to Davao with a Philippine Airlines A340-300? I forgot the series...but anyways I am now going to El Nido this summer, I hope CEB has flights from Cebu to El Nido! wahehe, on of the island hopping spots we've planned kase
So sad that in 1998, One of Cebu Pacific's DC-9's crashed into a mountain!

this must be one of the last flights of cebu pacific's dc-9. at the end of the video you could see ceb's new a-319s, that will replace the dc-9.

bangsibangus,
We've been flying B747's from the 80's. And yes PAL can afford it.
aIfathomas30 4 years ago
wow! that's great! how about A380? Do PAL plan to buy 1?
bangsibangus 4 years ago
It was considered but PAL decided to go for 6 B777-300ERs and maybe the 747-8 later on.

hehe yup pero kakatakot na sakyan. masyadong maingay. buti nalang pinalitan na nila ng Airbus. masyado na kasing luma ang DC-9 eh

DC-9's rocks but sadly its already been replaced by A319's and A320's. why don't they try A330's? nah.
