How to Configure DAoC Portal - Freeshard Launcher

yeah it was in my start menu but now its not

I down loaded the official cliant and when I try to reset the DAOC Portal to the donload directory I get the following error:

The DAOC installatin specified is not valid.

The directory is as follows: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot

What could be the problem?

ive downloaded thew full thing already

@yozamerer If you've already downloaded it and ran it, and it did the patch (which typically takes several hours for the full client to patch/download) and it finished doing that but you still don't see the folder it made, and you've looked in the usual places (C:\mythic\ and C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\ or C:\Program Files x86\Electronic Arts\ and you still can't find the folder, I'm afraid I can't help you. :(

@yozamerer The folder is created when you run the patcher. Just download the "Full game client" from the official place and you'll have a small program that when you launch it, it will create the folder and download all the files for the full client. It's really not that complicated.

@yozamerer configuring the portal is still the same. Installating the client is as easy as downloading it from the official place and installing it like any other application. Your right, I really need to update these, I just haven't had the time or desire.

What if it won't update the patch? It tries and every time says check internet settings or try again later but my internet is fine...

i cant find the dark age of labrynth... in the program files or anything... ive reinstalled it 3 times! what should i do?

Maybe they have changed the location of the folder since I made this video. Check C:\Mythic\Labyrinth of the Minotaur or do a search of all files on your computer for Minotuar. Also, try doing the install one more time and this time look for something that says where it will be installed to.
