I've flown the P92 eaglet and the Flight Design CTSW. The P92 is much more docile and easier to fly and land. It was also more quiet than the CT yet the CT performs better and is faster. Trying to build a club to get an LSA in KFFM. Also liking the Paradise P1. So many cool LSAs out there...
The P92 is definitely on the sexy end of the ultralight spectrum - a plane to be seen in.
Good STOL performance like that in a headwind is nothing unusual, especially if the prop pitch is set to fine. It has a very "light nose", as evidenced in the takeoff roll.
Yeah... gunning that engine is a sure way of killing it..

Looks like a Civil Air Patrol Aitplane. Hey Camera guy... Might choose to stand back a little more in that Hight wind.

Does this model have a CSU?

@Lior451 The Jabiru J230D is far better looking than the Tecnam. The Tecnam is by no means ugly though.

wow great that thing gets up really quick doesn't it
leeky1988 3 years ago
that is at least 100 metres from the runway edge to the point he stopped the plane. That's pretty good but not unusual for a tecnam p92

Yes, you are right.

What do you mean by "almost crash?" I didn't see anything that looked like it was close to a crash. Looked like pretty good flying to me.
