I don't think anyone called the police, and they probably thought it wasn't necessary since the security was there. Well, those security guards aren't really train to handle this kind of situations, nor do they know what to do about it. They are trained to screen people's bags, clothes, documents, and etc. They don't have any authority. When I was at the HK airport, I saw more than enough police officers patrolling the facility, I'm sure they would arrive on scene if they were called.
Quite surprising to see a slow response from the guards since this has continuously been voted the number 1 airport in the world.
Does anyone know why his passenger acted this way, totally uncalled for.
