@MyMr1997 make sure you typed in the address right or the PSP will think that it is a site over the internet your trying to connect to. Type exactly this into your PSP: file:/win7/index.html

@aremera69 Check your settings on your internet browser on your PSP and make sure it says to save input history and cookies are on. If you don't have these then it won't work.

@samuni34 It does not require a wi-fi connection but only an internet connection on your PC which I don't see how you can watch this video if you don't have an internet connection unless your on a phone or somethting.
