Qur'an (33:50) - "O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those (slaves) whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee"

Qur'an (8:69) - "But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good" A reference to war booty, of which slaves were a part. The slave master may enjoy his "catch" because (according to verse 71) "Allah gave you mastery over them."

@ParthipanB,, We believe that there's only one God, hence there must be one religion, Our logic also says that there can't be two or more Gods. Hence, we should strive to find out the right path to worship our lord.

And that is ISLAM... Alhamdulillah... Noha, Jesus, Moses.....,,, (PBUT) were muslims and were inviting people to the way of almighty ALLAH. As a man of logic we should accept truth not falsehood. Since Bahai is a false belief as I proved it, you should accept ISLAM (truth).

My understanding is that Bahai faith also believe in one God, and only one religion but multiple prophets who progressively revealed the same teachings in a different format/ era. So what is the issue ? Read the teachings and ideals and see if they make you a worse person than before you started, or better. See the aims of the Bahai faith, which are so noble, that they can't have been but from God. That is the only test of truth - if it talks to your own God given conscience.

@TheStyx44 The basic belief - the Oneness of God and oneness of HIS manifestations and religion as well. Bahais believe that the essence of faith remains the same, But rituals change when new revelation arrives. Bahaullah or the GloryofGod, is the Manifestaion of God and awaited one of all religions- we as bahais believe as truth. He has revealed volumes of prayers along with 3 kinds of obligatory prayers.
