Ive noticed a trend in matchmaking aswell for the "fair" teams.....

Im in uk, ok, so, when it finds team mates you get guys from europe. then it sets you up against an american/mexican team.....

Why? Cant we just gather all 10 players on one screen like cod does? instead of making sure the two teams live miles and miles away!

I guess gears of war 3 might be really good? Maybe gow2 is just the mistake child epic made.

Don't people understand that lag is based on host connection. Epic's to cheep to but servers. CoD has thee best match making because its based on how your own connection is. Unlike Gears you have to depend on the host connection to be good and that's pretty gay.

The lag comes from host. If they hade there own server it would cut out host. So if your lagging it is the host connection, not epic or Microsoft

the main reason why the servers are lagging, is because gow2 has sensitive server. so does halo 3 co-op in some casses. just a couple of days ago, i was playing halo 3 co-op, and it lagged really bad.

The sniper doesn't register half the time, he shotgun is way weaker, matchmaking takes super long to find games, the chainsaw does not lower when shot. if epic just added all the stuff that they did to gears 2 into gears 1, and took out active downs, it would be all anyone could ever ask for from this series

i never have problems with sniping you just suck, i rape with shotgun also, i find games in 5 seconds or less, matchmaking is not the game its your connections firewall that is messed up, the chainsaw does not lower when shot becaue they wanted chainsaw duels to be a huge part of the game and they are, the matchmaking will be fixed over time anyway its not epics fault microsoft rushed them to get the game out and they could not do things they wanted to so those things will be fixed over time

They will cause everyone else to lagg including the host because he does not see you guys as quick. If a lot of laggy people are in the game the game will regardless unless the host has a very good connection. I know from hosting in gears 1
