This is why I don't agree with playing as tight like Harrington does, because the PF raise, the c-bet and the call of the raise on the flop is supposed to represent strength, so in theory, she's supposed to have a set, two pair, a draw, or a made straight on the turn. Granted, she got lucky on the turn by hitting a card that made it correct for her to bet, but Dan couldn't have played the hand any differently because his image restricts him, IMO.
