either the rollers on that dyno are too small... or the tires too wide... im sure they didnt get accurate numbers from those pulls.... i worked on a gto goat with a spl rear mounted turboand we couldnt get the tires to hook because of the surface area of the tires actually touching the dyno..... idk may be its just me, but if i have a quarter million dollar car... im not gonna use a shwag ass dyno... The turbo wasnt made for the lambo, the exhaust manifold was customized for the turbo. Which just means they probably used two ball bearing turbos and a guy who really knows what he's doing when it comes to forced induction and italian cars.

yeah seriously, I'd be interested to know how much PSI that 12 cylinder block can handle. The highest boost i've seen in a turbo'd 12 that is as streetable and smooth as this appears to be came from the 23psi producing 65AMG S, SL and CL classes from a couple years ago.

I build high power turbo engines and prefer to use the Bosch recirculation valves because they don't make that annoying sound. ther is somthing called wheight and that is the measure of gravitational pull from the earth on an object. Now last time i checked skylines and supras are lighter than a lambo. if you gave all three cars the same stock vq35de (limited at 155ish mph) the car that would win would end up being the lightest one or maybe the one with best gearing and grip.

so areodynamics are important but wont decide the winner of a race. maybe a highest speed on the salt flats, but if you stuck that same engine in a s13 with stock cryogenicly treated gearbox and stronger clutch and driveshaft maybe a new lsd, it could reach 200+mph. why? because fifth gear goes that high. there is just too much to take into consideration when comparing jap to exotics. japs are cost effective and can be quite fast, exotics are badass and expensive. leave it at that.
