I understand why he is pissed off, i am the CO of a company in mcrotc and even though we dont go to combat we face the same problems sometimes such as your own guys not giving a fuck about anything when there is a couple days before you go home, that is when you need to apply some discipline such as this. He probably didnt do it in the best way possible but at least he made the rest of the unit understand that they aint there to fool around, just cuz he said bad words means he is a bad leader.
