The comment about being an outsider at the end of the video, sums it up for me.
The whole gently gently thing, deeply disturbs me, I find it rather similar to how Hitler came to power. everyone thinks the extremist will just go away and by the time they have control, then everyone is afraid to speak for fear of death, so they don't, then the bad shit really starts!
Evil prevails when good people do nothing. I actually defended Muslims from hate after 911 up until a few months ago.
Bill: "All you got to say is its wrong for someone to have to suffer a death threat for righting a book....but apparently its more complicated then that"
I think this was one of the most interesting parts of the movie. This, and when they interviewed a muslim in the mosque in Jerusalem and there comes up a text and an arrow pointing to the camera-man and says he's jewish. This is right after the muslim says that jews are not allowed in the mosque.
Quite fitting video to upload one day after 'the' Danish cartoonist and his grandchild got assaulted by a Somalian Muslim with an axe in his own house.
I want to see more, or was this all there was? Did you got it from Bill Maher's documentary?
