it was a set up..the cop knew at the first place that the guy was drunk and if he ask the guy for help that might happen.CONCLUSION: He was drunk that is why it happened.

The bad part about this is that the Police will likely be sued over this because:

1. The officer obviously knew he was impaired, otherwise he would not be performing the test.

2. It is not up to the person doing the sobriety test as he is not employed by the Police department, and therefore should not be helping set up his own test.

Point is...Officer used bad judgment during this stop, and therefore could cost the department and taxpayers money.

BTW... I also did think it was pretty funny.
