Whoever siad they thought it wasn't a good idea they were right, as a human, the shock could do 2 things, 1. shut down the muscels in your neck, or 2. make them move really fast, not as much as a reaction as showed here more of a twitch becuase the shock will move as the brain wave shocks used to control your body.
