  • This isn' that great. I mean the whole rich school that can afford cool looking costumes and set can only go so far. The choreography is dull, unimaginative, and slow. Seen better acting too. I can't critique the whole play, I haven't seen it, but I def have seen better fight scene work at the high school level. Does this music really go with the mood and the emotion the audience should be feeling too? Idk music choice coulda been better. Great effort into the performance. Hope the rest went ok

  • @JamesWegmans

Thats the most ignorant comment I have ever come across. The costumes cost us around 10k rupees, thats less than 95 dollars divided between 30 cast members, which is a little over 3 dollars person. Look at the set, its just three platforms and that makes us rich?

I saw your little fight video, we can do it that fast and slick if we were given rubber swords like you use,but if you noticed ( with the sound) we used real swords , each weighing over 8 pounds.

  • @geethike No you could not do it fast and slick because whoever came up with the choreography has no imagination and as dull as it looked, they had no motivation. If you are using weapons that weigh more than eight pounds you are idiots. First and foremost that is a HUGE safety hazard which is the FIRST rule in putting together a fight scene, any tard could tell you that. Using something so unwieldy shows a disregard for that prime rule. Music choice was unrealistic and obviously out of place.

  • Which scene is this ?

  • 0:35 = OMG SWEET

Awesome altogether! Unbelievably epic. My pants have been blown off.

  • Really? Jurassic Park? Really?

  • hail the dons. You can't try to keep us down, but aint gonna happen.

  • Point taken and they do a good job of what they were given. Martial arts doesnt come into medieval sword play, my advice is find some variety in choreography just by having a play, improvise in real slow motion and think 'where would I attack'. Logic is key to a good fight. Best of luck to them.

  • Amazingly unorigional moves (parry 2, parry 4, 2,4,2,4...) followed by cheesy set pieces that hollywood gave up on years ago. Unsafe, unacurate. I hope no one was paid for that.

  • First of all thank you for the comment :).Please bear in mind that these actors were still in school and very unprofessional. This was done for a competition with an extremely small budget. Plus these actors are not martial arts specialists nor have they been involved in any sort of athletic activity. We did not have a professional swordsman to choreograph the fight either.
