Screw AT&T, i own a so called 3G phone (a AT&T iPhone4) and hardly get 3G coverage. its more in EDGE (2G) more then its in 3G. Just about everyone that i know that has AT&T as their carrier hate it with a passion. its slow, you are hardly in a 3G coverage area no matter where you live, plus they rape you with the cost of data which they dont have a unlimited plan any more (they did it for that reason).

It's Verizon's fault not Sony's AT&T is the only US carrier to use GSM (the global and therefore japanese standard) whereas Verizon uses CDMA. The use of CDMA on Verizon's products seriously limits the products that companies want to use Verizon for. Many phone companies have specialist factories built specifically for the creation of CDMA phones, that is the surprise, not the fact that some companies refuse to do it

I was expecting him to say Verizon too and when he said AT&T my reaction was synonymous with the audience reaction and I was laughing at how they actually booed.

Verizon 3G and now 4G LTE is so fast that it's no contest. Why would they pick AT&T with all of the issues they had with the iPhone? These people acting like 3G is different are ignorant. 3G relies on a full cell phone signal to retrieve it's maximum potential so if the phone service sucks the 3G sucks.

Although, I'm on AT&T and don't like it at all. So, I'm totally with the audience on this one (I will stick around with AT&T, however, since I'm grandfathered in the Unlimited plan).

Even if I were going to get the PS Vita, I would have to get the WiFi version, since if I add any new devices to my account AT&T will either force me to step down from my Unlimited plan for my whole account or the PS Vita wouldn't be grandfathered in.
