  • wspaniały neoklasycyzm samego twórcy gatunku! :D przepiękne! klasyka inaczej :) od strony gitarowej

  • Hey man! "Cendarship" stole this video and the title or description matches perfectly!!!! "Cendarship's" channel is All stolen videos!!!

"Yngwie Malmsteen - Far Beyond The Sun (Philharmonic Orchestra) "

He is a disgrace of the France people!!!

  • 158 people can kiss my xxx xxxx

  • I have thought long and hard about this... and I've come to the conclusion that Yngwie is one of few reasons why one should be proud of being Swedish

  • 8:31 That could have hit someone's head. Most epic way to die ever.

  • I used to play like this but then i took an arrow in the knee -_-

  • @Moisesx23 skyrim haha funny dude

  • 158 fags can go far beyond the sun

  • 158 fags can't play like him

  • I love Yngwie's playing, but come on a full orchestra!, thats like every player they have in this orchestra, to back up a soloist? thats just not the way its done. He totally doesnt make any attempt to blend in with a 100+ piece orchestra, you cant even hear the orchestration, somebody took the time to write those parts and rehearse them and you cant even hear it ,so whats the point? they're just there for show. I love this song but this total rubbish.

  • @willisingo He wrote the parts just so you know...

And tonal this is very well written.

Also have you ever heard of a Concerto? This is a concerto for electric guitar, and this is not a 100+ piece orchestra. He rehersed with them many times, this wasn't a walk on stange thing.

I'm not trying to start an arguement but as an avid Classical music fan i thought i'd point out this does have it's merits. I think it's very very good! He doesn't need to "blend" it's a solo piece!

  • @willisingo Maybe with the choir this would be almost 100 peice, but they aren't counted for those purposes and they don't perform here anyway. (Not trying to sound aggresive but i wasn't sure how else to word that! Sorry,)

  • I nominate him "A modern day Niccolo Paganini"

  • its Japan no china and its about listening and enjoing not for discust some other people....

  • china man is borred...1:11

  • @redpunkful

Of course, he can do it better. :P

  • for all dislikers !!! 0:45

  • No one else can do what Malmsteen did here with the Japan Philharmonic. His technique is so amazing - Paganini of guitar!

  • I used to have this dvd, i miss it now :(

  • as much as I love Malmsteen's playing, I'd like to hear them put together an orchestra-only version without guitar

  • @peoplelikingpeople That's the way it should have ONLY been done.

  • as it is called the song that goes to intro?

  • @eugehell Adagio by Tomaso Albinoni, 18th century composer.

  • @olnt2005 Cool .. I know that a lot of bands like rhapsody use clasic parts and when I ear i say WOW HE ARE GREAT composer!!! but they are only using a clasic music that I never ear before..

like in gargoyles angels of darkness

I thin that The Dark Tower Of Abbys intro is of a clasic composer but I dont know who ...

  • The man is a GOD!! I can't wait to see him live in two days.

  • While I appreciate Malmsteen' abilities, I still think it's always a case of shred overkill every time, choking the life out of the song.

  • @bluebrett70 his first few albums were great, I don't think he overplayed then it just worked. Later on I don't know what happened but he doesn't have as much self control and puts in way too many fills

  • Yngwie is cool and all, but really it's the Japanese people who rock. Salute.

  • Despite how much of a rebellious guitarist the man might be, can anyone find a point in them 8 minutes where he is OUT of time?

  • I love the way the discription encompasses everyhing that this video has:

    great

  • I love rediscovering people like Malmsteen. It makes you really appreciate them even more.

  • What is the name of the first part, before far beyond the sun starts?

  • Ke guitarrista, el mas grande ke e visto...

  • The bits where he slows down sound pretty good but as usual once he speeds up you can't hear the harmonies much.

  • people that hate on him are people that cant play as fast and cleanly as him haha sad but true.

  • uno de los mejores guitarristas que tuvo el mundo

  • The guitar chops (for me) aren't the most impressive bits here (And Malmsteen is a sheer god on the guitar!) but his Composition (he wrote the orchestra part and arranged it naturally! This is a concerto for electric guitar) And it's magnificant, truely stunning. He is such a genious!

  • Too much wankery for me. Sounds like a lot of aimless noodling.

  • 155 dislikes thanks now it looks like a JOINT puff puff pass to this music. fuck how can u not like pure talent like that

  • 0:45

    For all the haters...

  • These piece reaches in the soul!

  • Amazin!!!

  • Ithink the first three minutes of the video was Yngwie's "Incarus Dream Suit Opus 4"

  • it is the very good music realy

  • ESCUCHAR Y TRANSPORTARSE SOLO ESO NO HAY PALABRAS !!!

  • the truest highest pinnacle of any musicianship that could be is displayed perfectly in this video, because it's guitar people will always conect a stigma to it, but be cause its bad ass it's legend forever!

  • This song is kill me everytime

  • I love how pumped the conductor gets when he starts playing with his teeth.

  • JESUS...that bend at 6:41!!!! No one can say Yngwie doesn't play with passion.

  • this orchestra is so wistful

  • You can't help but to both hate and respect Yngwie Malmsteen. He's definitely what i would consider a virtuoso, however his compositions while amazing from a technical standpoint lack any modicom of soul or passion. That and he's a pompous douche.

  • 0:47 yngwie shutting his guitar.

  • How?

  • 152 evil eye jealous people

  • yeah he is the man, but dont forget Randy Rhodes and Rick Emitt. They were pretty danm good without doing overkill on the guitar. A band is just like a sports team. One guy cant win a championship for you.

  • @MyZero555 Randy Rhoads*

  • Dog1913... Lucky? Surely you're just trying to stir up drama.. so.. Yngwie almost single-handedly created a genre...! Just about everything recorded in the rock - metal guitar world since 1987 has been influenced by him. No opinion... just fact. And remember... he recorded those first few albums ( changing the face of music)... then got into an accident. Almost died... rehabbed ... re-learned to play... then just kept on changing the face of modern music! Respect!

  • me too!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah!!!@ @rkelly40 hell yeah ur right.!!!damn those ridiculous people!

  • I love how he throws in a little Albinoni in the beginning before playing the actual song. It's so good!!

  • Awesome Guy!

  • Vilkó rád gondoltam miközben méztem.

  • Qué porquería!

  • @oscarvelzqz SEGURAMENTE QUE TIENES PORQUERIA EN EL CEREBRO, POR ESO NO SABES DIFERENCIAR LAS COSAS BUENAS DE LA MUSICA, POR ESO TU PIENSAS COMES Y VIVES COMO PORQUERIA. ADIOS CACA DE MIERDA.

  • Haha 3:54 Steve Vai's old trick

  • wow, that bending its amazing

  • una de mis mayores influencias...

  • fap fap fap fap... for metallers!

  • he's ahead of his time, for sure. virtuouso!!! and for those of u that don't agree, something is wrong with ur brain. u need a catscan. lol

  • awsome ...as always!!!

  • He is a GENIUS in the same way Mozart was in his day. They were born with "perfect pitch and relative pitch....and the drive to compose and to be the absolute best. Yngwie - I think you are truly original and AMAZING.!

  • he is great

  • yes he is a good guitarist (but come on so are the thousands of people sitting in Thayer bed rooms) his instrumentation is poor (the guitar adds nothing to the music)

just coz he can play every instrument in the orchestra dos not mean he plays them all well. I would only rate this piece up to a a level standard of composition absolutely nothing ground braking. so no he isn't amazing there are many people that are not playing with the Japan Philharmonic that are just as good. he is just lucky.

  • @dog19133 congrats! You just lost all credibility!

  • @dog19133 have you ever thought of the reason why those bedroom shredders cant aford an orchsta and play whatever they want over it?? because yngwie invented extreem neoclasical shredd on guitar , and those lossers who can shredd on their bedroom probably woudt shit on their pants in front of a large crowd, and after all they have nothing to offer as innovative as yngwies work

  • @dog19133 PIECE OF SHIT, FOR YOUR INFORMATION HE IS THE INVENTOR OF THAT STYLE, THERE ARE MANY THAT IMITATE HIM, YOU SON OF A BITCH, BECAUSE HE IS THE MASTER. IF YOU WANT TO CRITIZE, NEXT TIME WHY DON'T YOU INFORM YOURSELF PIECE OF SHIT.

  • @woodymaderitatopo lol 12 year olds on youtube are the BEST comments

  • 1:45 - 1:51 is awesome!

  • Looks like Yngwie has been eating too much sushi. Put down the guitar and get on the treadmill.

  • Great, awesome, Master im proud of you!!!

  • remember, if the New Japan Philharmonic wants to work with Yngwie than he must be the real deal, from the re-charting for orchestra and the conductor's excitement, these two guys love working together

  • I like his style... it combines classical elements with the electric guitar. But ive been asking me so long:'why does he play a strat???'.... well, it still sounds nice :D

  • say what you want... but damn the boy can play!

  • At 7:50 you can see malmsteen sheets...

as you can read it says: Do your stuff and beat the shit outta them! =D

  • Malmsteen is the proof that not ALL fatties are useless.

  • People hate musicians because they change in musical style, and here they hate them because they stay the same...you just can't please people.

  • Himself guitar so if you make mistakes and start over or pretend that there was no error but playing accompanied by an orchestra has to be a Yngwie Malmsteen

     \,,,/(^ ^) \,,,/ (google translatorXD)

  • unreal... suck it up kids...

  • Suck it up pussies

  • Just bow the fuck down, period.

  • Not bad chincs.

  • I distinctly heard Tomaso Albinoni's Adagio for the Strings in G in there.

  • Excelente melodia.

  • The lights off kick ass!!!

  • the japanese really kick ass man. condolences to all who were lost in the tsunami. BONZAI!!!!!!!! haha

  • McJohnGr your a drummer so your an expert guitarist to

  • Comment removed

  • @mclaship9 quit sippin' on that haterade and like the video

  • And then I popped a boner

  • perfect,no body can replay that!!!!

  • Since 20 years always the same...

  • yngwie = the best composer of all time

  • Noone is more deserving of a standing ovation

  • Is he using his guitar with scalloped frets? I'd imagine his intonation would be all over the place at that speed.

  • @oniman13 He's used to it.

Explains a lot of his legato runs and his trills though :)

  • @oniman13 lol what are you talking about? obviously you havent played scalloped frets before. And no its perfectly fine.

  • @1withguitar I didn't myself, but my old teacher had a Richie Blackmoore strat, and he told me it took him a while to get used to it because he'd end up bending the notes if he didn't press right.

  • Did he mess up at 3:20 or is it just me? It sounds different then other version I've heard. Still great though!

  • Amazing! Concerto for shred guitar. The conductor was equally amazing to hold the orchestra together throughout the improvisational riffs.

  • i personally find Far beyond the sun the most beautifull of them all....

  • Absolutely stunning. I can't believe he wrote Far Beyond the Sun at such a young age!

  • Absolutely stunning. I can't believe he wrote Far Beyond the Sun at such a young age!

  • anyone one who hates malmsteem probably can't play like him

  • @KingofPho75 wtf r u talking about no one can play like him period

  • For those who gave bad comments on this outstanding music arrangements, must be a better guitarist than Malmsteen, huh????

  • <------ <3 Yngwie

  • lascia stare Albinoni!! SEI UN CHITARRISTA SENZA GUSTO

  • ,.+putang inang ang galing naman n2,.,

  • lol bach would be so jealous, mozart would be rockin out and who cares about the rest any way, they would be in the audience with their hands in the air like they just dont care.

  • 7:02...Do he use his teeth as a pick? ;D

  • I think the guy has put in a few hours of practice to get as good as he is...give him some respect.

  • disliked like a bitch

  • FUCKIN DOUGHNUTS

  • 4:32 first time in my entire life i heard malmsteen play a chord. lol

  • @christianmichealjamb hahahaha so true

  • alot from the past would have been proud of him,,,this fucker tare the stage apart

  • I love the big knob head facial gestures, but yes a genius at guitar!! but a knob...

  • Master piece

  • LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT... If Mr. Malmsteen come Portugal, I won't miss his concert!!!!!!!! *.*

  • yngwie was in a car crash at seventeen and busted up his hand. The doctor told him that he would never be able to play guitar again. But, he worked andworked until he found a way to get his carrer back on track. You gotta give this one to him.

  • GIANTTTTTTTTTTTTT MAGICAL

  • Too many notes.

  • i love the song...but i dont like this version..sounds so flat to me ;/ g3 is way cooler

  • That formal posture didn't last long! And I bet someone got a mouthful of his guitar at the end!!!

But all in all, I say pretty good :)

  • Yngwie rapes the guitar once again!!!!!! love it!

  • theruobi ... malmsteen's got inabitual talent... even if a put 24h/24 7/7 trying to do this for the rest of my life...ill never get HIS touch ...ill never be able to do it as HE can do it.....you can play as well as him but...not with the same precision and skills...hes got his style... no one can replicate his music...not even proffessionals such as tiago della vega or joe satriani ...

  • yngwie is a natural talent. he at first seemed alittle off but when he got going he pulled it off. would love to hear him and Tarja turrgen didnt spell it right but anyway do a song together. what do you people think.

  • 1:42-46 camera fail :D that fast is yngwie on the fretboard....

    awesome piece

    love it

  • How can anyone seriously dislike it? Oh thats right I forgot Jealously! Yngwie Malmsteen really outdid hiself on this brilliant is all I can say!

  • This is good... But not Justin Bieber good.

  • if this is what happens when you sell your soul the the devil then I want him to take my soul like RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!!!!!!!!

  • @XDlolzilla You think Yngwie IS the devil? :P

  • @TheLordOfCoal

i wouldnt be surprised if he were!!!

  • I wish the Japanese Philharmonic Orchestra respected me this much. I would shit my pants having to lead for them.

  • Hey, I´m one of those 142 dislikes because I´m jealous of Malmsteen, too. Not only of his technique but also for his ability to write (or better: to compose) those complex pieces of music.

  • @mcslashlp9 yeeeh he is very Good!, and a great muscisian, but he's not God, and there are people whos better than him!

  • @BlackSanotaru Music is like art. There is no best guitar player. Everybody has an opinion. And although it´s not mine, there are people who are convinced Yngwie is a guitar god. And as a matter of fact he´s maybe not a god, but his playing skills and his composing abilities are just outstanding.

  • @mcslashlp9 With all due respect to Yngwie, his compositions are not complex compared to anything by Bach, or any 20th century keyboard toccatas.

  • @mcslashlp9 ok he is really good playing fast and complex things but his compositions are ordinary i know that what he is playing is complex but that doesn't make it great but still he had great skills to play guitar it's just my opinion.

  • Thats amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Too many notes..lol

  • E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst ! E Harmanic Minor Scale Da Best! F*ck Da REst !

  • I think his musical quality is impressive... but I don't think that doing all that from memory is impressive... he improvises many parts, and of course he's great playing guitar

  • s***!!! s***!!! s***!!!!

  • I keep replaying the 8:05 part again and again, thinking something like FUCK YOU SHRED HATERS

  • I don't care how cocky he might be - as long as he keeps playing like this! :)

  • Very amazing the new version

  • Belelelelelelelelelele WEAHHHH bululululullelelelalalalalalllulululullelel WAAAAH

  • I'd like to get the orchestra sound only so I could play Yngwie's part. Well at least try to.

  • graet

  • stupid children.

the opener is Pachelbels Canon, look it up and get an education, the rest is his. Why write stupid comment, just enjoy.

  • @Nudibranch182 Not Pachelbel's canon i think. First An excerpt from one of paganinis violin concerto (don't remember which one). And after about 45 seconds it turns into Adagio by Albinoni

  • realised this after i pressed "send", was listening to it that evening.

  • @hsoux33 4th Violin Concerto by Niccoló Paganini

  • es un gros chee

  • @artnaz no I have never seen Rock musicians with sheets, that because MOST "rock songs"" do not have many changing progressions and are easy to remember. That is why I made the statement about Yngwie memorizing a lot of this. Most "rock songs are in the Major mode for power. This piece that he is playing here IS NOT thus it is MUCH more difficult than your "standard "rock type progressions" that is why you do not hear flat nine's and 13th chords in rock.

I am talking about his great musicality

  • @rkelley40 Well, if you compare this to Status Quo or AC/DC type of ro
