Hi there, Im looking for some advice if possible! I have a fairly large lawn which is 95% weed and moss. Of course this is not what I want. I plan to spray the entire area with a weed killer, once dead,..I plan to rotovate and mix some sand and fertilzer through the soil. Then reseed. Do you think these steps will give me a good results!??? Really appreciate any advice! Thanks!
@MrSilverism Yes, your doing good. I wouldn't mix sand or fertilizer in. If you have clay soil, adding sand will make it worst. If you want better drainage, mix in some steer compost. Fertilize after the grass has grown 1 inch.

if you just brodcast the seed you loose more than 2/3 of the seed
i wold recomend to make furrows and get the seed inside, then cover
