i have this phone and is really good in web surfing really good 3g network service i cant web for the new update the hp web os 2.0 it will be available next year the only bad thin about the phone is the youtube player is really slow i hope the new update will fix it because this is a really cool phone from sprint an it haves a lot of cool apps in the palm application store the other bad thin the phone dosing have no wifi but is ok because the 3g in my area is always 100%

I've had this phone on sprint since Nov '09. Gotta say (especially with the latest WebOS update 1.4 released yesterday!) that this phone rocks! multi-tasking OS, synergy, intuitive interface, video recording, great webkit browser, 8GB internal storage, WiFi (on Verizon only), and an EXCELLENT form factor (so small and lightweight and yet still comfortable to use day to day)... there's just no beating it. Although I do have a wish list of future improvements, I'm a greatly satisfied camper.

I tried the keyboard on the Pre and the Pixi at the Verizon Store. The Pre has a bigger keyboard, but i found it more comfortable to type on the Pixi with the smaller keyboard. Also the Pre has sharp edges on the sides of the keyboard. I would much prefer the Pixi.
