  • Awesome video, Thanks a lot! Any chance you could elaborate on the wiring? I am a bit stuck about what goes where. Much appreciate it.

  • PERFECT!!!!!!!!

  • @eagletek1 Thanks, Brother ;-)

  • I watched part 1, 2, and 3. A little disappointed of the time lapse between part 2 and 3...."this is what im going to do" bam "its done". That thing didnt mount itself. lol

    Great videos keep them coming!

  • @LinkLures I understand what your saying. Sorry, but you know I don't have a cameraman following me around shooting videos for me. I have to do the work and shoot the video myself. In some of the areas that I am working, it's difficult to set my camera on a tripod and get good shots and good angles while I am actually in the process of doing something. Another thing is that it is time consuming to shoot videos and do the work. Time does not always allow for a full blown documentary.

  • @NLBheating hahaha i understand. just giving you a hard time. keep the videos comin!

  • Nice install! This video reminds me that i need to replace the water panel on my Aprilaire 600, otherwise it will leak on top of the furnace again and put out the flame! I won't forget that! The flame turned orange when that happened!!

  • ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! LENNOX!!!!!

  • @vaynol81 Hey!!! I did not sell the Lennox. This was the builder's model G40 P.O.S. that this homeowner was so unfortunate to have, lol. As soon as the heat exchanger takes a dump (they all do), we'll be installing a REAL furnace, Like a Trane XL95.

  • @NLBheating Lol, yeah i know.. But everytime i see one it makes me sick to my stomach.. Working for "THE COMPANY" I see them all day...

  • @vaynol81 Yeah, I was a technician for this Heating Company in Chicago, twice. They were a Lennox Dealer. The first warranty job I ever did on a heat exchanger (in over 20-years) was on a Lennox G40. Biggest piece of crap I ever saw. When I worked for the "Big Dog" before I started up my own company, they switched from Trane to Lennox while I was working for them. Again, WDF did they do that for??? I guess they wanted to buy the cheapest piece of crap they could, in order to make more profit.
