  • this looks like a mafia movie

  • In this thread, people explaining that dogs actually eat meat.

  • Wow for a second I thought I was watching Dexter on Showtime lol. Nice work

  • Awesome video. =)

  • AwESOME!! Thanks for the great idea on finding culled animals and how u prepped them!!!

  • Your dogs are very lucky that is all i can say!

  • Why on earth would you feed a dog something that isn't fit for human consumption? I would feed my dog anything that wasn't fit for me to eat myself.

  • @MsLabMom I would be perfectly fine eating this myself. But it was purchased for the purpose of dog food, so that is how we prepared it. There was nothing wrong with the meat that would cause it to be harmful if eaten.

  • @MsLabMom Actually, dogs are able to eat this, it's very healthy and waaaaaaay better than any kibble

  • You ladies need to buy a meat saw!

  • lets see em eat it! lol

  • Dogs (and cats) are equipped with powerful jaw muscles and neck muscles that assist in pulling down prey and chewing meat, bone, and hide.

  • dame this is like scene from Texas chain saw massacre,, who ever marry these women better do your own dishes and laundries ... no man ever want to piss these women off...

  • should u use veggies?

  • WHAT A MESSY JOB!

  • Tool Time

  • Thats a great treat !!! My cats could live on it for a year ! ;-))

  • I see.

  • What a great channel, wonderful training videos and beautiful animals! All the best for you and yours. Thanks so much!

  • If you could pinpoint the toxins that are causing Gio's epilepsy, he wouldn't have to take more toxins (epilepsy med) to get rid of it. Is Gio ingesting any dairy or soy products, any acetic acid poison from any condiments with apple cider ciders or vinegars or could any of that liver organ meat be highly tainted with heavy metals from heavy hormone and antibiotic ingestion?

  • Toxins are not the only things that cause seizure activity. Gio's epilepsy is most likely hereditary, not induced, and while there is surely a trigger, I have spent years trying to narrow it down to the exact cause. It seems to be more related to weather and environmental conditions (barometric pressure) than nutritional factors.

  • Thanks so much for the info. May I ask what you rotate with? I had a dog with Sarcoptic mange that I fed fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for 5 months because traditional treatment wasn't getting rid of it. I introduced her to raw meat after she got well and she eats a lot less fruit now. I hate that. She was so beautiful and limber on all f. v. n. and s. Thanks.

  • My guys eat a Prey Model Raw (PMR) diet. Roughly 80% meaty meat, 10% edible bone, 5% liver, and 5% other secreting organ. Gio (the big guy) just got over a serious bout of pancreatitis brought on by his epilepsy medication so is on a modified diet including ~40% raw pulped/juiced veggies and 60% normal PMR. The different meat types they normally get include beef, pork, chicken, turkey, sheep, venison, elk, rabbit, and various fish.

  • May I ask what it costs to feed your dogs sheep and where do you purchase them? Thank you!

  • I don't feed only sheep, it's just part of the rotation. I got these particular sheep from the local Agriculture college. They have a flock of Suffolk and were culling some old ewes. Since they are "research" animals, they cannot be sold for human consumption though there is nothing wrong with the meat at all (used for nutritional research). A friend picked them up for free and skinned/gutted them all. I paid her $50/sheep for the skinning/gutting and we did the rest.

  • Oh my god! Are you guys doing this in your house?? How do you get the sheep smell out of the room?
