Probably you guys know much better than me and its been said (im too lazy to read all comments) , but i have 2 planes with ni ailerons.. one trick is to mix the aileron channel to 100% rudder so if you move the aileron stick, it moves the rudder , so you can have the "ilusion" of flying it with ailerons (with the dyedhral it will roll in the turn direction) and its less confusing at first..

sirpc2 - the "Paper" you are refering to is the iron on plastic film we use to cover the balsa frame. It works very well is is light!

@rcanton1l1 the electronic speed control - the beeps mean something like 3 beeps = all working or one beep means the radio isnt connected. obviously thats not actually what they exactly mean but im just thinking of examples... :S - although the motor makes the actual sound

Love the Lazy Bee! Elevator and rudder is all you need. Does wicked snap rolls. Mine has the colors of the Laird Super Solution. FYI, I have it set to use the aileron stick for the rudder,
