Untrue, this version is lovely--maybe not as polished as the album, but it packs just as much emotional weight, if not more, than the original

Don't give him so much grief, people who have perfect pitch or perfect relative pitch can get really turned off by off key music, it's just a problem with the ear. So yes, to the "un-perfect" ear it sounds beautiful still, but to someone with perfect pitch, it'll never sound good.
