If you're interested the chords for the chorus are: Em C Am C G Am (If you're used to standard tuning. Drop them a whole note [Dm A# Gm A# F Gm] if you want to play along with the band). Plus I like the sound of open chords better on acoustics and there's not as much movement. But that's my taste.

I think it was good, but you need to get your skill and technique to the point so that playing this is a lot easier for you, then you're singing will be relaxed and it will sound altogether better.

I felt the same way about the accent, seems the lady is very annunciated in the chorus, similar to how Lacey is, but summerfun comes off more like an opera singer / Amy Lee singing this song.

I actually really like the outcome, just wish that projection of your/her voice could come out more during the body and not just the chorus, it just sounds like a very different style of vocals for just the chorus, while the rest sounds different.

Good job you have a great voice but Lacey tends to let her voice loose on this song as well as many others. You have a great SOFT voice now you should let it out and sing to the top of your lungs...the little rasp you get will sound much more natural. Great job and keep up the good work!
