  • Although I'm a male also, I must say this video is right. I love to exercise and it does make you sleep better. Im out of shape . But I can attest that Exercise does give me more energy now than I ever had, made me sleep much better, and does make my thinking betteras well.

  • I'm a male but I like that you explain the benefits of exercise and fitness...I cant live without it every day.....I like to concoct my own creative types of workouts and I like challenging hearty workouts. Two thing that bug me 1: when people assume you are vain because you like to be slender and fit 2:People who act like you are doing something weird and abnormal when exercising, or stare when you are exercising and expect you to be smiling, or not breathing heavily..

  • She is gorgeous... Thanks for the tid bit of info. I was active duty army for over 8 yrs. I've certainly had my fair share of running, and exercise. My advice? Don't overdue it. Your body also needs time to recuperate. If not, you will burn out. Medical issues with muscle-skeletal will also come about. Be careful.

  • Running is a great stress relief. I, too, have trained for a marathon....currently training for my third. I also think it's important to realize that exercise sometimes can just plain suck, but you gotta do it anyway. Not everything is always going to be easy or pleasurable but doing it is what separates you from the pack.

    oh and BTW, its a fat camp, call it for what it is and stop making excuses.

  • Her reasons for excercise are not aligned with mine. I do not enjoy talking about my problems with someone while I excercise. I just want to excercise while I excercise. And I don't like working with someone else because I want to do whatever it is I want to do and go at my own pace which is sometimes longer or shorter than the other person. I dunno... I'm not into group fitness at all except as a motivational piece.

  • A very interesting video - not a topic I look much at. Yes I do feel better when I exercise but it gets so boring. And when the depression comes back anyway - which it does even when I exercise - then I give up the exercise BUT I THEN GET WORSE. It's a strange situation but this is how it is for me. After listening to you I think I'll just have to give exercise another go and if the depression comes back then to just KEEP EXERCISING REGULARLY ANYWAY. Thank you for the video.

  • there are so many changes in the body that take place from exercise. I didn't realize women can use it in a group therapy session. For me fitness is all about personal achievement.

    The fat and exercise thing is tricky especially if you don't ramp up to it gradually when you get started. You really need to watch if you start binge eating or downing massive amounts of sugar as your recovery. It can only mean you're taking in a net surplus of calories.

  • You only get fat off excercise if you don't rest enough, eat well and such.

    Especially if you skip breakfast. Sumo wrestlers put on weight by skipping breakfast, excercising for 5 hours THAN eating their first meal. And those meals are big enough to feed a normal person for a week.

  • Cause when you go to bed, you dont eat like several hours and your body is in a fasting mode...and if you skip breakfast and eat like at noon....that's over 12 hours...and over time, your body goes into survival mode and stores food as fat, thinking there is a famine...even your mind knows you got food nearby, your body does not know. Fat people who skip breakfast are the ones who have the most problems loosing weight.

  • Look it up yourself. Everyone in my family who are fatasses do NOT eat breakfast...the most they have is a cup of coffee and a cigarette and don't eat anything till like 6 hours later.
