  • you have no idea about kfc food man, so its good you called it ,,my way" because it is deffinitly only your way :)

  • is it me or he's getting fatter and fatter?

  • yummaaay!

  • why do i feel like if i eat that gravy, with that much oil, i will die lol..

  • i swear.. you're recipes are gonna make me fat x3

  • 1:46 - 150 Yeah MILK ^_^ I Know What You Did There. XD

  • So *thats* how you make dark brown chicken gravy. Usually its much lighter in color. It's the extra amount of flour that makes it so dark. I'll have to try that some time. That is a lot of flour, though.

  • Their potatoes and gravy are instant. So the best way to recreate their potatoes and gravy is to buy the instant mixes. lol

  • i followed the recipe and it turned out to taste sooo bad nothing like the real thing

  • @horrorKollecta the real kfc one is instant mash and gravy, they just add water :L

  • I miss the REAL, pre-1980 KFC gravy. :(

  • I work at KFC. Its just powder and water lol

  • You're my hero, ytou fat sexy chef, you.

  • A gravy I think not. That's a roux with chicken stock added to it.

  • That gravy looks disgusting.

  • lol he didn't even add annotations in the end.. wtf..

  • flour and chicken stock? wtf..

  • You people do know that there are other dark coloured pans that are not teflon right?. Titanium Non-Stick Cookware is metal utensil safe, so is hard-anodized aluminum pans they are both fairly common now days. Do your research before you criticize.

  • No:( my final gravy looks like the potato

  • @DanielaBeltran1 you probably didn't cook the roux long enough

  • what if the gravy doesnt become brown...??? mine looked like the potatoes...what did i miss?

  • @aizah1996 the brown comes from the flower cooking. let the flower brown just keep it from burning by stirring. though the cooking oil here is a bad choice. I would make a traditional roux and build from that.Roux is a thickening agent made by mixing flour with butter and cooking it. If the flour is toasted, that is "brown roux" and it has a different taste and color. If you leave it so it's more white that is a white gravy for things like biscuits and gravy. Enjoy.

  • brown chicken veloute seems to me :P

  • didn't work for me too =(

  • So now you have flour, chicken stock, vegetable oil and Teflon powder. Tasty

  • @MichelleCommentsYou yes please! =]

  • @MichelleCommentsYou I wanna know!

  • @steezyskater509 want me to message you on how they make it?

  • that gravy is nasty...so much oil, and you're pretty much frying the flour. A much better way would be having a roux base with cream and meat drippings.

  • the gravy didnt work for me

  • @Blonkashire Same here, It's so hard to make. It just turned to a burnt clump brown mix that smelt like popcorn.

  • @EmraldProductions omg mine just stayed a tasteless whitle dough. it didnt turn brown at all

  • Why oh why would anyone want to reproduce THAT at home? (O__o )

  • tasty but not healthy at all.. ill make this once a year..and serve it to my cousins that i hate.

  • The gravy looks like chocolate...

  • I don't see how that could taste like KFC gravy without any seasoning in it. I seriously doubt that tasted like KFC gravy. It probably tasted like flour more than anything. When you put KFC gravy in the fridge, it thickens a little but still remains a liquid. I bet that gravy would turn into a solid block if you chilled it.

  • @fall22123 chicken stock

  • That pan is gonna be good and scratched

  • i work at kfc and you guys seriously dont wanna know whats in our gravy :/

  • @MichelleCommentsYou I don't know you, but I do... LOL

  • @UnWantedTroll want me to message you how they do it?

  • @MichelleCommentsYou Well that'd be interesting, yes, please. :)

  • @MichelleCommentsYou I want to know! >.<

  • @MichelleCommentsYou I wanna know :DDDDD

  • @akon410 the kfc potato and gravy

    gravy:

they use the oil, fat and bone marrow from when cooking the chicken. they bag it and put it in the fridge until needed. And then when they cook it, they put it in a pot and boil it with water and this gravy powder. Thats it practically

    potato:

its packet potato, add hot water to the packet potato while its on electric mix slowly, little by little.

    done

  • @MichelleCommentsYou please tell me

  • @Majormarksman27 look below at the other comments

  • if you put the potatoes in the food processor instead of using a masher, it will go all gluey like the real KFC mash.....!

  • whut just flour and chicken stock? .... thats abit..

  • @BowlofIndoMee

Its call a roux and its actually a really common cooking technique

  • what type of flour did you use

  • YUMYUMYUM

  • Thanks so much it looks beautiful I bet it tastes amazing to! Keep making videos ur so great :D

  • KFC Potato and gravy ??? It's not even good.

  • This will go well with the KFC Chicken

  • you never fail make me hungry

  • Ok wait. Mine doesn't turn that brown. I've tried this same exact recipe thrice. Why?

  • @DilaLoco

Try useing butter and make sure your pan is way hot enough, you need to be sure you add the stock super slow and it takes for ever

  • @ZeldasSword Thank you! Will try just that.

  • Hello. What does the stock and salt added make any difference to the potatoes?

  • @FOOCHOOLA3 The potatoes absorb it while cooking. It simply gives them more flavour.

  • the intro is so gay

  • @percypiggle6 No one cares. Its his intro his video and if you dont like it skip ahead.

  • @NewTehTrance i am at top comment!!!!!!!!!!

  • is that things really become like that brown?? i think not.. :|

  • Comment removed

  • it is so baaddddd...!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Metal whisk on a Teflon pan, bad

  • @TheWildernessExpert Smartass on a good video, even worse.

  • @MethshockFilms You don't understand, that teflon pan has a thin layer of iron so it's non-stick, a metal whisk will rip that off, putting that iron into your food. Not good.

  • @IamMuffinZeo I know, I was just trollin a bit. :)

  • @TheWildernessExpert

Its not Teflon its cast iron =)

  • Haha, looks like vanilla and chocolate. :]

  • bravo

  • can you adopt me please

  • the potatoes looked like apples..

  • Looks Good.. I always thought it was beef gravy interesting

  • I do love the kfc gravy, but there must be a good way of doing this without all the oil,so i am going to try and make a decent gravy using chicken stock, and whatever else is required. :-) but yeah does put me off using all that oil.

  • @colski222 sorry but gravy has to use fat !

  • @conishuaa Sorry but that is oil not fat. What you do is buy a good gravy stock,or use real meat fat juice to get the flavour.Bisto gravy granules would be better than that shit tbh.

  • @colski222 oil is fat! vegetable fat ¬¬

  • this looks like vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce

  • your gravy is too thick

  • @29Essan Essan,you can water it down. :-)
