  • I'm a die hard fan of Russian and American air force but damn if Britain's bomber fleet wasn't the best looking plane designs out there. So advanced for its time all it really needs is upgrades and even after 50 years it still looks daunting and awesome in every sense of the word. And with that said they better get them flying again - it was really stupid to have put it away in the first place :)

  • I would give my fucking soul to fly one of those eurofighters.

  • saw that!!!

  • Pleasing aerobatics, same it was cancelled this time around.

Может быть повезёт больше в следующий раз!

  • @andreipetunin *shame.

  • Good grief! Why are the left and right audio channels inverted?

  • All these new planes are awesome and the tearing at your ear drums is something else, but nothing says, or sounds like style, like the Spitfire.

  • Mooooon Riverrrr

  • i live in bournmouth

  • 09 show amazing

  • i was there but the red arropws stund me!!

  • 2:00

  • wtf is the presenter wearing

  • lol!

  • heh Tweed, it would seem...

Don't show the Americans though, they'll assume we all dress like that..

  • a suit :D

  • Can i stay at your place mr. writer? lol

  • i live in bournemouth, and i only went to the airshow at about 3pm thursday to sunday just to watch the eurofighter, it was brilliant

  • if only it had dropped a 2000lbs jdam on the imax, it wouldve made every local's day

  • i was there on the sunday and that EF2000 /typhoon was bloody loud it made children cry xD if only women made that sound in bed

  • I was there and Oh my god, that was loud!

  • Yeah, it made little kids cry and the ground vibrated.

  • oh yeh, one more thing 2:03 that noise is signature to the eurofighter lol. love it.

  • 1:53 never seen that happen to a eurofighter before. cool!

  • WTF! There's no one on the EF 2000 back seat! I want a ride!

  • Drop the bombs on the crowd lol

  • I didn't think the vulcan was there in 2008,it wasn't cleared to fly

  • the Swedish/British SAAB Griffin is superior compared with the fighters of today!

  • Compared to some aircraft yes. But only in a few areas.

  • Yeas I know, "superior" is an overstatement! But I take pride in our Swedish light little fighter, nothing wrong with that?

  • No there is nothing wrong with that at all. The Gripen has some advantages over other fighters such as it's capability to be deployed into austere conditions. It can be supported by only 2 trucks and a few personnel operating as a pit stop for the fighter. This works fine as the Gripen is a very reliable aircraft using known technology. I dont know of any other fighter that can do that to the same level.

  • Have you looked into the info about the new version of Gripen. Some people on these channels talks about it as a 5 generation fighter? I know the earlier Gripen is a 4.5 generation. You are a big supporter of NATO, right? I would like to have Sweden in, but not at the cost of a discontinuation of the Swedish armament industry! Is being in NATO the reason why you (the UK) have stopped producing your own great fighters?

  • Thank you for Your Hard Work uploading Your da King Thank You Nick B mouth uk

  • whats louder the typhoon or the vulcan, seeing them both t biggin hill next month just wnt a quik lil bit of knowledge loool

  • I'm going to Biggin Hill as well this year. I haven't seen a Vulcan since I was kid back in the mid-eighties, but I remember the noise being absolutely incredible, and all the alarms being set off in the car park. I'm not sure the Vulcan is taking off from Biggin Hill unfortunately, but hopefully we'll get a couple of low passes and full-power climbs! Seriously that thing will blow your mind. Needless to say, I'm REALLY looking forward to it!

  • the vulcan is louder i saw it at bournemouth and farmbourgh and wow its loud but so is the typhoon.

  • Its coming back in 2009! More Tourists! Great

  • I live in Southbourne, and before the airshow they had one jet doing some sort of practice run, and it screamed down my street, and i mean roof level and in the middle of the road,it made mee jump out my skin.Cant wait for this year.

  • Eh roof level may be a bit too far cos the roofs of yer houses would peel off like tin cans lol haha

  • Came to Bournemouth with my fiancee Louise for the first time together and the air show was a real highlight of our holiday!!!

The typhoon stole the show imo, it really has to be seen/heard to get the full effect of it's awesome power.

Bournemouth is a great place to visit and hope we can go again soon.

  • at least we can take short break by looking down to the beach for "eye relaxing" after long Typhoon show
