I must say that HP printers are just no good, I have very nearly thrown my out the window in frustration , why dont they make stuff that works, the paper loading is a terrible weakness they should find a better way, brother printers are OK!!

I followed this video also and it did nothing. My C4280 is still not working. Will take Billb's advice and trash the thing. The HP ink cartridges cost way too much anyway, (I just purchased $65.00 worth). I'll look for a printer that has cheaper ink cartridges. I can probably buy a new printer for the cost of HP's ink, and hopefully will find one that offers better customer service than HP.

I followed this video and it did nothing. I called HP and was on the phone for hours with India Indians and they couldn't fix it either. So I finally fixed it myself. I unplugged all the cords and threw it (C4280 All-in-one printer) in the garbage. NEVER BUY A HP PRINTET OR SCANNER.

Thank you, this hard reset kinda worked for my Deskjet 3910, as well. I say kinda because I also had to run a diagnostic utility provided from HP to clear out my documents that were in the que. Thanks again.

Thank you so much! This video helped me figure out that different-shaped paper sheets were causing the problem. I don't know why the printer is so sensitive... Appreciate the help

Mine have some problem on my Deskjet F 380 All in One Printer.

Only the scanner on top of the printers can be under control on my computer.But the printer on the below doesn't work. I need to print the document it is very important document.I pressed the print button but the printer doesn't have any action,just making some noise.
