I was very happy to discover this online. I animated the character of Glenn Gould in this sequence. I was visiting the director of the movie at his studio in Montreal when I noticed the storyboard of this sequence pinned to the wall. I mentioned to him that I was a huge fan of Glenn Gould and requested that I be allowed to animated the character. Happily, he agreed. Happy to discover that this small sequence has found an audience on Youtube.

did the person who made this movie, did they also make a movie with this one guy who rides a bike, then he gets kidnapped and is forced to ride bikes against others, or die?
