Body by jenn is a scam. I signed up - got no one on one training, the gym in Royal Oak was DISGUSTING & was given high pressure sales pitches during class. i would NOT recommend this class or program to anyone.
You obviously didnt follow the program as you should have. This program is the best thing that ever happened to me. The workouts are the toughest Ive ever experienced and the staff is supportive. Im sad to hear you had a bad experience.
THIS PROGRAM IS THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! Absolutely terrible. Slgoodri, you're probably Jennifer Gray.
