You can poo poo this all you want but it is happening. Google fifth army and look at its new emblem and name.  Google North Carolina drivers license and look at their new decal. Ask Canadians how they feel about their lowered standards for pesticides on their produce so they can accept produce from Mexico. There are at least 30 SPP committees out there changing your administrative laws every day. Randy Brogdon is correct.
