egh case looks ok, but definately not the best. The Otterbox Defender Series is by far the best most rugged case out there for the blackberry. Oh and a little fyi, there is no need to pull your battery out for a "battery pullout", simply press "ALT+rightSHIFT+DEL" and your blackberry will will perform its own full reboot
