Not gonna argue with either of you. Just putting in my opinion of Drifting on this game, so whatever. I mean AWD Drifter as in Blackjack-Skilled Drifter. AWD is much harder to Tandem with a RWD, trust me. And IF you want to Tandem, Flooring the gas really doesn't help, because you can barely move your car while doing so. Still, Just sayin'. Sorry for the flooding and shit of the comment box, but I'd also like to note to the Uploader of the video that his drifting style reminds me of my old style back when I started out in my Skyline. I'd mainly suggest sticking to first and second gear in Tsukuba, and 2nd to 3rd in Sunset Penisula, no real specifics for any other tracks. Nonetheless? Not bad at all. {I'd also suggest you enter the corner more into the middle in Tsukuba, those hairpins are bitchy sometimes.}

Yeah, I agree. I drift both AWD and RWD, but I'm slowly preferring RWD more because to get a best slide coming out in AWD, you have to hit both the E-brake, whilst holding down the normal brake and releasing the throttle, then turning. But the results mainly is that there's a lot less of a chance of spinning out, and you can go almost backwards in a corner, and you straighten out after the corner.
Drifting is when a person purposefully oversteers in hopes of losing traction in the rear wheels, in which case they maintain a slide by counter-steering with the front wheels. Whether the car is AWD or RWD does not alter the definition of drifting. THE REASON a majority of drifters prefer RWD as opposed to AWD is because a RWD car will weigh less and loss of traction is more easily accomplished than if they were to try this in an AWD setup.

Drifting is less fun because the car reaches an angle, but its not as big of an angle as of an AWD car could do. But i find AWD powersliding more of a challange because you have to gain a shit load of speed to slide a huge turn. AWD Power sliding=In a Game.. Drifting=Real Life

power sliding and drifting is the same. In fact Power sliding is a type of drift where the driver kicks the back out and hold it there till the corner exit.
@hendrahendra not really they are similar but not the same true power sliding is a type of drift, But power "sliding" means that the car is going to loose momentum when done and uses RWD cars. the direction is controlled by throttle and steering. This means all four wheels aren't pointing in the same direction, where as drifting all four wheels have traction and all are pointing in the same direction when the car goes around the corner. Throttle is used mainly with little steering to control it

drift is lot of power sliding.. so if u power slide with awd, rwd or fwd that all is drifting.. but with some cars is easy, and with some hard to drift..

@D3s15....RWD is harder to learn. AWD has always been generally known to be easier...due to the fact you load your car up with as much power as you can throw it sideways in a turn and let it slide while flooring it to keep it on the track...no much counter steering needed.

power sliding and drifting is the same. In fact Power sliding is a type of drift where the driver kicks the back out and hold it there till the corner exit.

@hendrahendra not really they are similar but not the same true power sliding is a type of drift, But power "sliding" means that the car is going to loose momentum when done and uses RWD cars. the direction is controlled by throttle and steering. This means all four wheels aren't pointing in the same direction, where as drifting all four wheels have traction and all are pointing in the same direction when the car goes around the corner. Throttle is used mainly with little steering to control it

@hendrahendra Yes you can powersilde in a RWD car. But no its not the same. When you powerslide you lock the rear wheels to whip the tail out but you still have no control over the front of the car. That why you see all these idiots on YouTube with their hondas ebraking and calling it "drifting"

@GodsNotReal95 lots of stuff, drifting youre supposed to start the slide before the turn, powersliding youre already in the turn and just slide partially. powersliding also is alot shorter than a drift usually, FWD cars powerslide all the time in rallies where you just rip the handbrake and drag the rear wheels

Drifting is possible in AWD cars too, just because it's a lot easier in RWD cars doesn't mean it's only possible in RWD cars.

@D3s15....RWD is harder to learn. AWD has always been generally known to be easier...due to the fact you load your car up with as much power as you can throw it sideways in a turn and let it slide while flooring it to keep it on the track...no much counter steering needed.
