in UK you automatically get 12 months guarantee on all items. I would check your laws there.

you might find they will swap it if its not working properly - like if you say after a few hours it freezes and resets itself, tell them anything that causes issues over time as they will not expect (and don't expect) to remain there testing while they check it out for a few hours

check your statutory rights you will find out the seller has a legal obligation
