@4rr0bl1tz you can find them in chests but its very rare your best bet is to steal the deadra heart in jarvastar (home of the companions) or however its spelt and just work on your smithing til it gets to 90 get the perk and then you just need a few ebony ignots which you can mine but i just buy them from the lady on your right if you fast travel to whiterun. Hope this helped :)
