I'm glad to see you mention Prodigal Son. That era has some underrated songs for sure, Innocent Exile, Another Life, Purgatory, Drifter etc. Gangland, Still Life, The Duellists, Quest For Fire are all fantastic too. I also think The Lonliness Of The Long Distance Runner, Mother Russia and Fear Is The Key are undervalued.
Only 3 of those songs are underrated. "Gates Of Tomorrow" and "The Duellists" have never been played live, so they are definitely underrated. As is every song from "No Prayer For The Dying".
No Prayer For The Dying was my least favorite Maiden album in my opinion. i still like it a lot but i think fear of the dark and dance of death are better. again my opinion.

I agree with very few of these.
Killers is a great song, just look up the views for some of the Killer videos on Youtube.
It's hard to judge Iron Maiden in a bad way though.

NPFTD is not underrated, everybody (almost) says that´s the best song from the album, I thnk it´s the worst (still good). Public Enema Number One is underrated, and so is AFRAID TO SHOOT STRANGER! ;)

I'm glad to see you mention Prodigal Son. That era has some underrated songs for sure, Innocent Exile, Another Life, Purgatory, Drifter etc. Gangland, Still Life, The Duellists, Quest For Fire are all fantastic too. I also think The Lonliness Of The Long Distance Runner, Mother Russia and Fear Is The Key are undervalued.

Only 3 of those songs are underrated. "Gates Of Tomorrow" and "The Duellists" have never been played live, so they are definitely underrated. As is every song from "No Prayer For The Dying".

No Prayer For The Dying was my least favorite Maiden album in my opinion. i still like it a lot but i think fear of the dark and dance of death are better. again my opinion.
Also, alot of Maiden songs are underrated, but that is mainly because people listen to one Maiden song, call it crap, and listen to modern rap bullshit.

killers is an amazing song when sung by paul AND bruce. not an underrated song at all. that song was the second maiden song i listened to (born in 1995, so i missed most of their albums,) first song was the clairvoyant, another amazing amazing song

I totally missed The Prophecy and Montsegur. The only Blaze era song I like is Man on an edge, but I like the way Bruce sings it better.

HOLY CRAP! I have been hunting this one song for so long, al i can remember is the riff melody. I was trying to find it o i can buy it. I thought by number 4 that i would never find it, so i settled for infinite dreams becasue i thought that the riff fir with the bass line. But i kept going and right when i stopped to preview afraid to shoot strangers it was right there! I am so happy!

If you ask me there's many other truly underrated songs such as, 'Still Life', 'Quest For Fire', Sun and Steel', 'The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner', 'Moonchild', 'The Prophecy', 'Only The Good Die Young', 'Tailgunner', 'The Assassin', Mother Russia', 'Wasting Love', 'Sign of the Cross', 'Blood On the World's Hands', 'Don't Look to the Eyes of A Stranger', and so on... yes there's a few ;)
