  • GREAT DEMO,,,,, thank you for upload !!!!!

  • just 4 instruments can played at once on the radias?

  • That first combi is fucking brilliant!

  • 06:48 Moooooc Добре!!!!!! OLE E !!!!

  • Добре .

  • Incredible my friend!!!!!

  • THIS IS HOW MUSIC WILL BE

    ...IN THE FUTURE

  • Hated the video because I am addicted to buying korg gear and because the video was so good and sounded so good I now have to go out and buy a Radias for my home studio :D

(I really loved it, you did a great job)

  • I know the radias-r is the mounted part but what is the keyboard part called

  • @Kniferuni It is just a trigger

  • Does the Radias hardware and the Radias EXB do the all the same things?

Silly question I know... I reallize that this unit has actual hands on knobs and buttons that the EXB uses the touch screen. But I was just wondering if they are indeed the same exact thing just controlled differently? Thanks for any info on this.

  • That cave man is awsome. You make all these synths sound great.

  • Yeah keep up that cool work ! So much "preset playing" (and bad mic quality...) in other videos, i love your vids. Best part is 6:53, lol i love that part! The sounds you are playing are wicked!

  • I like your videos very much. Youtube is full of crazy people, who're just playing ROM-Sounds in a often bad way. You know how to create sounds, and the tracks are really cool!

And, by the way, the video-editing is also great!

  • yess!! very cool & disturbing.. good!

  • Like the sound, but the video it fokking annoying.

  • I've never tried acid, but watching this makes me want some.

  • @billmorse Wise, very wise.

  • 4:14 is very similar to korg wavestation famous preset! btw nice programming good presets!

  • ....what the hell is this video?

  • damn.. i love the patches

    are they available somewhere??

  • 6:47 changed my life...

  • holy shit, i've seen this video so many times, and I just notice that you are playing "Jóga" from Björk!

  • Great great piece of equipment!! A true musical journey to play with it!

And I just found a used Radias in great condition for whats like 500 bucks!! Yay! :D

  • I want my Radias!

  • man these sounds are sooooo old skool....not in a moog way either....

  • 1:00 - So simple - even a caveman can do it. Well, maybe not. Nice vid.

  • Very strange and cool. Well done! I hope to pick up my Radias in another day. Should go well with my Virus Ti....

  • i'm not a big fan of VA synths but i still have my korg ms2000 and must say this sounds pretty versatile with a similar feel to it, very nice

  • i really liked that part at the end and a few other parts and would the korg radias work with the roland d10?

  • gay dracula is at it again

  • Dear anyone who says the radias sounds cold.

    Watch this video

  • @egnacho666 I'm pretty sure Jexus does a bit of post-processing on his vids for a more analog sound, but I could be wrong

  • @drakeishfyre

    Nope.

  • i like that bit at the end and your really good

  • Love your sounds and playing my friend. I really wanted a Radius, but settled for the R3 due to money. I'm really happy with it though, but still would have loved to have gotten this board instead.

  • I very much admire your talent, you can make ANY synth sound cool and interesting.

    I love the Vangelis-like CS-80 patch at 5:01

Thanks for sharing, it's greatly appreciated.

  • nice video..which midi keyboard is that?

  • Are these sounds available for download.

Too bad Korg killed the Radias.

  • @zer0warn

where I can download these sounds? this is not stock Radias presets...

  • That lady is pretty.

  • how high were you when you made this

  • so boring just triggering the arpeggiator. why not PLAY the damn thing?

  • @chizmo7 Hes not showing how he can play it . He's showing The sounds you can create with it . Thats what synthesizers do . you might want to watch videos for the piano , that might suit your needs more than what this is about . Thanks

  • @Flipjunkie1 That's what synthesizers do? Did you happen to notice the big keyboard attached to the synthesizer? Do you think it's just a coincidence that it's a KEYBOARD? I bought my first minimoog in 1978.

I did so because I heard actual musicians play synthesizers. people like Herbie Hancock. Chick Corea. Jan Hammer. David Sancious. Kit Watkins. Not only were they amazing trained musicians, but they created their own signature sounds. THAT'S what synthesizers do.

  • @chizmo7 i play many instruments but ELECTRONIC Music these days has a lot to do with programing sounds ..very complex ones And yes people do play they're instruments within a song when it comes to needing piano or guitar sounds ect. And synths have arpeggiators for a reason and that reason is to be used ! IM sure you wouldn't tell Pink Floyd to rewrite they're songs because they didn't play every note , the arpeggiator played a lot ! that BIG KEYBOARD also trigger arp chords ! I want ur MOOG !

  • best demos ever dude

    really inspiring

  • I like very much these sounds of the Radias, very nice and well played

  • i feel these videos were intended to be watched when high. no, the playings good. But the videos?

  • all your demos are great but this is my favourite

  • i must say that you have convinced me to keep my Radias Rack. You have programmed sound amazing sounds. Do you have these sounds available? Do you sell them? Great demo of a synth that Korg should have continued developing.

  • Stunning.

  • This synth's filter and waveforms sound very clean, but experimenting with overdriving the seperate bands on the distortion effect and the drive/waveshaper can give the sound a bit more grit and vintage character, particularly when used in the mid to high-mid range. The flexibility is impressive.

  • this guys is probably fun to program and jam with..

  • Did Korg pay you for this?

  • Probably not, seeing as this particular Radias is from 2006.

  • @whizkid515

    How can you see that?

  • @rdproductions01 Look at the description.

  • @whizkid515

Nope. Jexus puts the year it was introduced before each synth, not the year of manufacture. For example, the JP-8000 demo says it's a "1996" Roland JP-8000 while manufacturing didn't start until January 1997 I think.

  • Sweet! Super fun & creative! Some of the best Radias demos I've seen...

  • @GoaM6 Totally agree

  • your demos are better and better. these tones are more than your first one.

  • i love korg synth they the best im opinion ms 2000 radias poly etc

  • ...great video!

  • The beginning is the greatest part of all your vids (except blofeld sound trip), I love that screaming patch, it blows me away :)

Please share your patches, you site and channel will be more and more popular :)

  • OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Beginning was FUCKING AMAZING! YOU HAVE GOT TO TEACH ME THE SEQUENCE! After hearing it, I got this seriously cool idea for a song! OMG PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

  • @Regency500 calm down and get an fl studio 9... :D

  • sasquatch ftw

  • I always look forward new Jexus videos. Alesis should start making the Ion again.

  • You are unique ;)

  • yes this a synthesizer a must have one!!

    thans for sharing

  • pure fatness!

  • I would listen to a record of this

  • Sweet demo. I'd be interested in hearing what you can wring out of the R3 at this point

  • His vids and reviews are a welcome corrective to that dismal bunch whose religious belief in the VCO (either via boutique synth or original 70's agricultural implement whose sonic potential remains as earth-bound as a 1977 dogshit) as the wellspring of musical inspiration, is as laughable as it is lacking in imagination. Jexus' off-world explorations with reasonably-priced digisynths are beyond the concept of the crew who think cranking the filter-knob is serious synth playing. Real maaaan!

  • @pierstheoneandonly hmmm....I doubt Jexus has gotten rid of his Korg 800DV and Oddysey for digital or DCO replacements.

If you don't like or need the vintage sound then that's totally cool, but please do spend some time w/ using the real deal before making statements like that. Put a Radias next to either VCO analog and the difference is obvious from the get-go.

  • Good old Jexus - the nemesis of wealthy analogue bores (stand up, you know who you are) with large bank accounts and limited vision.

  • Very nice demo! And a very nice synth. Do you play in a band? Your sounds are great! I was wating for this demo a very long time, because i want to know what you can do with a Korg Radias.

  • @rdproductions01 Yes, he does. Search YouTube for a band called 'Kompressor'. That's him.

  • @FatSynthDude Are you talking about Andreas K., this is not him. This dudes not American, Andreas K. is.

  • @mediawasteland I know, I was being facetious. :-D

  • I like your style. Retro-looking footage combined with fresh musical technique. The perfect artistic match: Cinema and music.

  • Bravo

  • i like it/ very cool

  • 922

  • i fucking love your sounds XD

  • sounds like Eduard Artemiev @ 1:34,very nice!

  • your videos are pure art !

  • =XL

  • 9:22 Bjork Joga

  • that count kicks ass

  • Radias is not the same as the R3. The Radias has 3 times the polyphony of the R3 (especially helpful seeing as I'm pretty sure each voice of the sequencer is one voice).

  • a paragon of pulsation

  • always a must see and listen~ very cool jexus!

  • The wizard does it again! Awesome as always.

  • excellent, as always. jexus, you fucking rule, man...

  • Jak zwykle ciekawe brzmienia, dobrze wiedzieć co może KORG R3 młodszy brat tej bestii. 5/5

  • cool as ever

  • Gummo FTW

  • awesome shit!

  • safe

  • Pięknie brzmi :)

  • It has been a wonderful evening and what I need now, to give it the perfect ending is a bit of a good old Jexus demo, perfect !

  • good Sound & cool!!

  • nice. sequenced-mind-synth.

  • Wicked, was really looking forward for this particular demo, been interested in this one since I tried it out in a store some 3 years ago, knew very little about synths back then but I liked the sound and thought it looked damn cool with those illuminated rings around the knobs and flashing buttons :) Somehow the demos I've heard of it online hasn't impressed me very much, until now. Thanks a thousand, love my MS2000 to bits and this sounds like a worthy successor indeed!

  • The MKXL has the same engine and modulation options, I just wish it has all the same control knobs!

  • Damn you Jexus. I swore i shouldn't buy the radias. That i did not need it.

This video makes me think otherwise.

  • Every synth comes Alive! in your hands.

  • Amazing! @6:50 this video becomes a masterpiece!

  • bravo :) loved the pads.

  • Z niektórych fragmentów dobrze było by zrobić normalny kawałek:)

  • awesome, just as always
