What is it?

Sure appears as something was shooting missiles, but the missiles appear to have been launched from the left of the building.

It appears to me like a lazer shot from above or some huge light from a satelite. It allmost looks misguided for a moment and than focuses on its target whatever that may be out of the picture. It sure is suspicious like the rest of the events that day.

This would explain the half vanished left wing (when close to one of the towers) of one of the "airplanes." It probably WAS a hologram, & the blockage of the signal made some of the wing disappear. Search No Wing Hologram Fail (Youtube) & see the different angles on different vids.

Viewers should note, while watching the more zoomed in portion, that the moving objects, whether they are birds, missiles or neither, appear many feet before the building. This means that they (being the airborne objects) couldn't have originated from the Woolworth Building. However this doesn't mean they couldn't have originated (begun flying/launching/etc) from a location in close proximity. Witnesses report their origins as such.
