  • saw your video and was so impressed by the quality in slow motion that i will buy one. are you shooting in full hd or 720p and how long do you get on battery life?

  • Very nice video: many thanks for sharing.

  • Interesting video thanks for sharing!

  • I just ordered mine so that i can video some of my trout fly fishing trips and i was wanting to see the slow motion. this video was perfect for me. thanks and what are you using for bait because carp have never wanted anything ive thrown at them?

  • @phonebush

I was casting two different flies: the Canyon Carp Fly, and the Chin Slinky. Both are effective at catching carp. The Chin Slinky is a better choice in heavy cover because it rides hook-up and is fairly weedless. The tying instructions (video) for both flies are on my channel here.

  • @Gartooths ok thanks

  • What fly are you throwing at them?

  • great video, Where did you get the music?

  • @fulltimedadreviews how do you like the slow mo?

  • @fulltimedadreviews

I used the Kodak's on-board Mediaimpression software for this and the slomo is a nice feature. There are some frustrating limitations on the software (can't edit music, or change length of frame transitions) but overall it's decent. It's simple and good for basic stuff. Would be much better with more soundtrack control and better transition options/flexibility.

Thanks. Music is "factory" installed in the public music library of Windows 7 system. Thought it was smooth and relaxing with a "Copeland overtone."
