Hi Mate excellent review, the iPod Touch was a bit worrying. I wonder if a person damaged their iPhone or iPod Touch with a certain product, would that company be responsible for that damage. Would the company be under obligation to replace or repair the iPhone or Touch. Take care mate

Under our law I'd say yes, any damage should be repaired.

I don't know under English law.. I should check out some decisions of the House of Lords..

the power button thing was what i was talking about. The locking mechanism just fails.

im unhappy with the Rebel's weird sleep/wake button but a recessed one? and a recessed Headphone jack? This is not iPhone first gen time core-cases. and scratching the iPod touch? DAMN!!!! bad core cases bad.

I can say the recessed button and audio jack are not big problems, at least not the most important ones...
