This is Teenage Wasteland. Baba O'Riley was the song most know because it has some of the same lyrics. But this was written for the Lifehouse Opera/Chronicles. There are even 2 versions of this song one This Orchestra version and the other with vocals. Pete wrote all 3 and arranged all 3.
