  • how long does it last with everyday use??? it seem really small yet very pricey

  • @yinoxiasini I would say about 2-3 months

  • i just bought this product and was unsure how to apply it, thank you for such a helpful video :)

  • Always look to you for reviews first, your great! My question is Do you think this would work well over bobbi brown's corrector & concealer on a person who is olive toned and pretty tan, like a mac nc 42 to 45 depending on time of year. Also have you ever tried Eve Pearls salmon concealer? If not I'd love to see a review on that. Thank you!

  • @AndreaJuliet I use it over the BB set, but I am NW20-25. I am not sure how it would work with a 42-45 skintone. I would suggest something like MAC prep and primer powder- it is about the same with no color. I have never tried any eve pearl stuff yet!

  • @Lisasz09 Thanks for the quick response and advice!

  • I loved this video! Just Subscribed!

  • Thanks!!!

  • (I'm italian, so sorry for my english =D) I'm looking for the INCI of this product, can you help me? I can't find it anywhere! =(

  • @ThePetitPenny I am not sure- try the company web site!

  • thanks for doing this review

and might i add you have gorgeous eyes!

they match the colour of your jumper! :P

  • I have not gotten a chance to try the Powderflage, but I have Bare Esentuals Hydrating Mineral Veil. Based on your description its seems like the Mineral Veil may be a dupe for the Powederflage. If you get a chance check it out :)

  • @lilsweetykat Thanks!

  • can mufe hd powder and macs hd powder be similar to this?

  • @MADKILL4 they are similar in texture but the benefit has a pink brightening part! :o)

  • I've checked it recently at Sephora and it actually had some shimmer to it, so I didn't even bother trying. I use only matte stuff (I'm a guy). I ended up buying MAC Transparent Finishing Powder, but I think that a pinkish powder like that would be better for setting the concealer.

  • Hi, Just wondering....as the powder is pinky toned, would a concealer with a pinky tone be better for covering the blueish undereye circles? its just dior skinflash comes in Rose glow and thats pinky toned. Just a thought.

  • @steviniki yes I use a color correcting concealer also! The powderflage just helps to slightly brighten and to set the concealer!

  • Hi, i have just ordered this stuff =) but do you think this would be ok to apply with bridal makeup?=) xx

  • yes because there is no spf in it- just use it very very lightly so it doesnt lok to light under they eye in photos!

  • I wanted to try this but have been told by the "Benefit girls" Boots, House of Fraser and Debenhams that it has been discontinued!

You can still buy it online direct from Benefit though, which I ordered today :)

I do wonder why they would discontinue it...

But I have wanted to try it for a while and the review helped me make up my mind so

    Thanks x

  • dont buy it. i got mine today. its expensive and i cant even notice any difference at all. for the price, its ridiculous.

  • I was told by a benefit assistant in boots uk it has been recalled as there was a problem with it. However i found it in another department store and the benefit girl told me there was nothing wrong with it and it is just being discontinued and they are selling off what they have left. Its a mystery.

I have just purchased a new pot but next im going to try the clinique one. Hopefully you will do a review soon Lisa xoxo

  • what the benefit powderflage is being discontinued???

  • I have heard that it is and from others I have heard it isnt- I dont know for sure yet! I am working on a dupe review too! :o)

  • Hi there, I wanted to get this today but the girl at the Benefit counter told me that it's been discontinued and that all of them have been called back by Benefit, so there is nothing left at the counters. No replacement product. What are other pink based options?

  • I did hear that and I have been using teh Clinique #2 transparent powder! It is similar just no silica in it so it settles a bit more- you have to use a really light hand! :o)

  • your skin tone looks amazing! i guess because of the time of the year. I don't mean to ofend, but i think that in your other videos you look too tan, it can look a little fake. But now you look very natural and refreshed!

  • The only thing I have seen that even resembles this is Smashbox halo...it's so expensive tho i think. I am trying this one first. Thanks for your excellent reviews!

  • Good review!!! I just bought this...actually I just bought the creamy concealer from bb too, lol.... but I wanted to hear what you thought about it before I tried it.....

  • I have yellow undertones to my skin, so would the Bobbi Brown powder that comes with the concealer be better for me to use rather than the Beefit powderflage because its pink?

  • I personally think the pink brightens more but if you are happy with the BB on your skin then you should stay with what works on your skin! :o)

  • Hello! Would this look good on someone with yellow undertones? Thank you.

  • yes it is mostly for brightening! :o) YOu can test it on your hand first!

  • Hey Lisa! Great review....I have been in Sephora so many times and have actually had this product in my hand but for some reason I always put it back...next time I go I am definitely going to pick this up! I have a pink undertone to my skin so ya I think this will work. Thanks again!

  • Hi could you tell me what color the powder is? I bought one on Ebay and the powder is barbie pink and make my eyes look like i have been crying my eyes out LOL.I think its a fake

  • mine is a very very light pink powder that almost looks white in the container with a slight pink tint to it! I think you might have gotten a fake! :o( Sorry!

  • I wondered if you would do a comparison btwn powderflage vs laura mercier eye brightening powder

  • I do not own the LM eye brightener- sorry!

  • Hey, is this like a translucent under eye powder for all skin complexions??

  • yes but it has a slight pink undertone so people with dark skin need to be light handed! :o)

  • Lisa...LOVE your vids and have watched many. I generally agree with what you have to say. On Powderflage, I have to disagree with you. I found that I couldn't see a difference when I used it over my concealer...in fact the only thing I did see was it collecting in my "laugh lines". I really didn't care for it. The Benefit MA said it might be because I had more "mature" skin. I didn't realize 40 year old skin was so much more mature. :-P Love your vids! Thanks for all your that you do!

  • great review! keep them coming! :D

  • sorry I dont own the LM crightening powder! Sorry!

  • can you please find a dupe for benefit powderflage? or atleast a cheaper alternative? :) <33

  • I have not seen anything out there that is comparable! :o(

  • i bough laura mercier's white, illuminating powder for undereye area...it's soo good....have u tried? :)

  • ohh great tip- I have not tried it maybe I will check it out! :o)

  • hello lisa could you do a review on the benefit face primer i just bouht these in stead of the prime time by bare essentials the girls told me at the store that it was good. but i rathe hear it from you. thank you lynette

  • I have not yet bought the benefit face primer- I will look for it and if I do buy it I will put it in a haul video- then just remind me there that you want a review!

  • love the review. i've wanted to know about this for a while.

ahhh the old days when you weren't addicted to self tanners ahahha :P

  • o ok thank you so much .. then I think i will use my money toward getting a good concealer rather than this benefit thing. and i read your other comments and I will invest on the Estee Lauder max coverage foundation you talked about.. thanks so much for all your help and reviews I greatly appreciate them :] and thanx for commenting back

  • i am so glad you found this helpful and that it might have saved you some money! :o) Enjoy whatever you get!

  • would this work with all skin tones, im more of a medium tan idk how i would descibe my skin tone since I havnt used foundations or concealers but i saw this at sephora and wanted it for dark circles which I have but I was hesitant to buy is because the power looks light pink almost white.

  • I use it over my concealer- I dont think it lightens the dark circles, just provides a great product that does not settle in to lines! i would concentrate on a great concealer rather than this! good Luck!

  • This review was really helpful! thanks :) Have you tried using the powderflage over your entire face? supposedly you can do that too so i was wondering if you had any input on that?

  • I wouldnt use it on my face since it is such a small container and I love it for my eyes so much- Laura geller have a balance and brighten that works great on the face with teh same idea! Good luck! :o)

  • what concealer do you use under your eyes? do you have a concealer to recomend that will last all day?

  • I use the Estee Lauder max coverage foundation (it is made to cover tatoos and it is waterproof) or I use MAC selct moisture cover concealer! Good luck! :o)

  • I thought it also worked very well but the little fan brush was a waste. Thanks I will not try using the 224 brush.

  • gld you saw this than! youw ill like it better with a fluffy brush! :o)

  • Thanks so much for this demo, I have powderflage but had been trying to use it with the little scratchy fan brush it came with and was getting nowhere! I have a 224 on order so this has worked out great :)

  • I am so glad that helped you! I thought the same thing when i first got it and now i love it! :o)

  • would u recomend it?

    x:)

  • yes i would or you can use straight silica powder but it will not have the pink brightner in it! :o) Enjoy!

  • does it have shimmer or is it matte? thx!

  • it does not have a shimmer to it! :o)

  • i just got powderflage and it hardly shows up :( i have very bad dark circles and it does nothing for mine! :S i'm really disappointed :(

  • oh no- what concealor are you using under the powderflage? that may make a difference- sounds like you need a really good coverage one.

  • hi lisa, sometimes i use studio finish (spf 35) and other times select moisturecover

  • if you have really dark circles you shoudl try the estee lauder max coverage foundation- it is used to cover tattoo's and that is what I use under my eyes and it is amazing! Good luck! :o)

  • so i could use that as a kind of concealer along with my mufe foundation? :)

  • yes that is what i do! :o) It is amazing!

  • This reminds me a lot of the MUFE HD powder. I have been eyeballing this lately, so thanks for the helpful review :)

  • The feel of it is like the MUFE but the pink helps with teh circles! :o) Enjoy!

  • I had the same problems with BB concealer/powder (too thick, too yellow and fell into lines) and am glad to be switching to another concealer (thinking of trying MAC) and powder (had Powderflauge on my shopping list). Thanks for the informative reviews.

  • Glad you liked the review! Let me knwo what you think of it when you get it! :o)

  • what are u wearing on ur eyes .. so pretty =)

  • I am not sure it was taped so long ago! :o( Sorry!

  • great review:)

  • thansk glad you enjoyed it! :o)

  • I really want to try this product!!! I'm just worried it might crease and stuff...

  • I have never had a problem with it creasing! :o) The silicone stop the creasing and lines from showing!

  • loves it what else is new though hahah

  • hey girl! Glad you are back!

  • thanks so much for doing this review and i think i'll go get it when i finish my other powder stuff

  • glad you enjoyed the review! Let me knwo what you think when you get it! :o)

  • I LOVE this product too I just got it and I was searching for a product that would set my concealer and not crease in my fine lines I am SOOO thankful Benefit made this...I will never be without it :)

  • i totally agree it is a great product! :o) Enjoy!

  • I bet you can! It doesnt hurt to ask! :o) Good Luck!

  • i have this on my list of items to pick up. i really like the idea of this powder. plus i love your reviews! so i get whatever u say is worth it.

  • this is a great product you will love it! :o0 Enjoy!

  • Hmmm, I saw this at Sephora but was hesitant. Now I might try it, I like that you said it diffuses the light and doesn't get in the fine lines. Great review, thanks! :)

  • I love this product! Let me know what you think of it! :o)

  • I was wondering about this so I'm glad you reviewed it! I also have pink undertones to my skin so I think this would be better for me too. Do you know how it compares with Laura Mercier's Secret Eye Brightener (not sure of the exact name)? Great review, as always :)

  • I have not triend the LM, so I am not sure how it compares! sorry! :o)

  • yellow make me look sick almost- sis you get the lemonaid at Sephora? They will take it back even if you have used it- I took mine back a few weeks ago because I just didnt like it at all! :o)

  • I love your channel! I feel like you are one of the most honest and helpful reviewers on youtube. =)

  • yeah I am glad you enjoy the videos! :o) Thanks for watching!

  • i love your videos. you are the person i listen to when im not sure i want to buy a product. Very helpful, honest, and informative vids! Im glad youtube has a makeup guru dedicated on soley making reviews on the most popular products.

  • I am glad they are helpful to you! Please let meknow if you ever want a review on something and I will make sure to do it! :o) Thnaks again!

  • I had the same problem with the BB prod. btw, your skin looks flawless and vibrant, so pretty Lisa ;-)

    Barbara

  • thank you so much! I thought the BB color corrector was ok but very thick and i didnt like the powder at all! :o(

  • I thought the makeup forever is all silcone powder? That's why I am wondering if it would work and not settle into lines. I have not noticed it settling yet.

  • that is correct the MUFE powder would work the same withhout the color! I forgot about that! Thanks!

  • Laura Mercier also carries similar product. Great review! Thanks!

  • awesome thansk for the tip! :o)

  • great review!:) I wish they sell Benefit in my country but not yet...

  • aww- that is a shame! :o( Boo! Hopefully you will get it soon!

  • Yes! We don't have MAC neither - all my stuff is from France and Belguim... WE don't have B. Brown yet neither... soooo too bad. I hope they open a MAC store soon!:)

  • I just put makeup forever powder on my concealer for my eyes. I think it works great, I hate to spend 28.00 for this product and if it is the pink that makes it great then why not add a little bit of pink from everyday minerals to the powder..I don't know I am just trying to figure something else out because I really don't want to pay that price. What do you think would work that is cheaper??/

  • I have not heard of another product that is like this. It is more about the silicone in it that helps it stay fresh and not settle in to fine lines. I hope the EDM works though! Good Luck!

  • someone below just reminded ,e that also the MUFE HD powder is sillicone. It is clear and can also be used all over your fac so that is more of a multi tasker if that is what you are looking for! I hope this helps you!

  • your videos are sooooooo helpful!!!! you have no idea how much this helps. Thank you :)

  • glad it helped you! Enjoy! :o)

  • I have really been needing something like this to help brighten my eyes since I get such little sleep (thanks youtube addiction). Can't wait to check it out! Thanks for the review.

  • I really like it and the silicone base is great!

  • Cool cool!

    I'm taking all this in...

    I'm such an amiture :)

  • I had to learn as i went along also! We all did! :o) Have fun with it!
