i worked as a bouncer at this specific mcfadden's and this sounds like a load of bullshit to me. the dress code was strictly enforced on weekend nights, less strictly during some weeknights...as for the promoters, this place flopped through bartenders, promoters, shot girls, bouncers, and even managers, BOTH WHITE AND BLACK...that's the bar business, one week you're hot the next you're not.... sounds like someone got pissed off at the management and decided to play a well-timed race card.

This is ridiculous. I don't know if the suit has merit, but it's disgusting the way the reporter has to tell you the other locations, going out of his way to foster some kind of a boycott or other problems. And he says they'll ask the bar manager for his side of the story, but they conveniently run the story before they do so. Whatever race you are, if you think the media cares about you, you're crazy. They're leeches who'd sell their own mothers for a story.

"Racist" according to one bartender who got his shifts cut. The only verifiable fact right now is, they have a dress code that says no baggy clothes, no work boots, no chains and medallions.

Unless the prosecution can produce those mysterious text messages (how did the bartender allegedly get hold of those?), what we've got is a dress code and an angry bartender.
