You don't know anything about Thai stemlife laboratory. The tanks are completely separated in the laboratory from the working area. The Lab has two rooms. One where is the working space. Another where the tanks stored. To enter into the Lab you need to change your shoes, cover your head and wear special clothing. I have visited their Laboratory and I can say that it's in full compliance with all standards required in stemcell storage business.
If you have been closed for 10 days as your customer service center said, how can i be sure the tanks have been filled with nitrogen and the stem cells are safe? This is not an attack but questions that you should answer to keep your customers happy. My friend is a client and has faced very frustrating responses from your staff.
