this just happend to me, And to a suprise is the only big thing I've needed to replace. In three years flying nothing has made me disapointed of the Cp pro. great company too!
As the shaft spins during flight, the blade pitch will change causing eratic flight and wobble.
It could also cause the blade grip(s) to stick causing no lift until you get enough preload on the blade grip and the heli will seem to shoot up in the air.
yeah my heli seems fine on the ground, and in low hover, as soon as i fly it above 2 feet it starts wobbling like mad. However if i overcome that and go about 6 feet high the wobble stops. I thnk sits because of the higher head speed, il check if i bent the spindle.

Sorry, not the shaft. How will a bent spindle affect performance?

A bent spindle should always be replaced...
(or straightened).
