Thats 40% Americans who contribute NOTHING for the millitary, education, roads, government, judicial system or anything else they take full advantage of, who will get rewarded with a big fat check couresy of the other 60% of us that work hard and contribute. Democrats care about health care without CHIP my entire family would have been more than 100,000 dollars in debt right now. George Bush AND John McCain didn't support it getting funded, plus McCain/Palin want to cut Medicaid and Medicare when the go into office, which will leave my grandmother (who currently has emphysema) completely without help.
