Grabbed your link from Skyrim Nexus. Holy cow, is that hotkey binding immensely useful. It's so tedious adding everything useful to favorites and then going through that tiny little menu to find what I need, back and forth. Seeing this mod in action sold me. I'll be sure to let the dev know.

What mod are you guys talking about? I just put the stuff on favorites and bind from 1 to 8, no idea why 9 doesn't work tho :\

@Konraden I recommend configuring it to your liking. I changed 90% of the default keys in that mod.
