Unfortunately gay marriage is not legal in NC. There was talk about passing a law that it had to be between a man and woman but that didn't get much traction...Right now we are still getting into fights about liquor by the drink.+ if15 is too young to get married.

However we do have things like the right to have health insurance for your same sex partner.. I will have to do more investigating on this for you.I know we are not as liberal as Mass.We had Jesse Helms for Christ sake.

I love Midwood! has some of the coolest stores and restautrants intown, almost no franchises. I was told the Harris Teeter on Central and Plaza was the first!!
