Likewise, idiots only buy something that is heavily advertised. No ads for this game has played, from what I know, so idiots will easily ignore it.
Though, I do think it will sell very well, but only with the Soccer moms. They'd see this, think "finally, a cute, non violent video game", then ruin the Christmas of the poor gamer.

In case you're wondering, the only game series that even comes remotely close to that is Mario with 262 Million copies as of March 2011.
You can slam this game all you want (no game in the series has ever broke half a million in japan-only sales), but do not disrespect the king of board games.

Nah. If there is customization, then the boards will obviously be your basic large square or small line boards. I've seen that a lot in other games with level editors. There's many great level designs in other games with an editor, but more often then none are the basic loop or flat land with hiding spots designs.

If you're a true caring fan, u wouldn't even worry about it. in fact, this won't damage mario's character what so ever. cause u know wut? it's not a 1st party game, and it isn't play like Mario Party! the game has nothing to do with Mario, he just happens to be a playable character in a different serie of game.
