  • Superb action! Whether you're a fan of Sebastien or not, it's just obvious that he is in total unity with this car and that his driving is quite exceptional, especially on tarmac. It doesn't take an expert to notice his specific approach: he brakes relatively smoothly and _very_ early and stays focused to carry as much speed through a corner as he can. Naturally, that takes some awareness and confidence in the setup--just look as the car fishtails a tiny bit on some of the fast exits.

  • And it's very pretty to observe -- both through the eyes as through the ears -- the way he tries to nudge in a bit of acceleration throughout the corner, all the time waiting for a chance to push the throttle another notch.

It's interesting to compare that to Dani Sordo's "sailing through" style, where he brakes much later and harder, often braking all the way into the corner, and waits off throttle the chance to floor it on the exit.

Two different approaches, both very effective.

  • he isn't going on the road :D

  • He says 'what the fuck' at 4:42 :P

  • THE MASTER IN ACTION!! Loeb at his magnificent best.

  • did someone realize the cartoon in the back of the helmet of Daniel Elena? It's like Chester Cheetos jaja.

GREAT VIDEO!! it would be grat if you could add the tacometers, like the ones you add on TV!!

  • It's Marsupilami reading something...

  • Thankss

  • I miss the split screens! Please, post any!

Oh, btw, Loeb was giving everything in that stage! Great video!

  • It seems from about 2.50 onwards Loeb decides to drop the inside wheel off the edge of the tarmac at every possible apex.

Do any french speakers know what is said by the driver around 4.48?

Great video. Sound especially good on this one :)

  • Seb says "enlève le pas corde dans le 100 plus" which means more or less "remove the don't cut in the 100+". He frequently corrects notes while driving, as it can help for the second loop or even for the years after.

  • thanks! :)

  • great vid......yay first comment
