At 0:32 the line "nakama nigetto" does NOT mean "but then you get super-friends". It LITERALLY means "friends run away". nigetto is a tense of the word nigeru, which means 'to escape' or 'to get away'. That's why in the previous line its sung in a sort of broken, disappointed tone. The singer is conveying that you don't ALWAYS catch friends. (Or pokemon)

I should add that the romaji at the top is also incorrect. Its nigetto, not chougetto. "getto" (spelled as katakana on the show subtitles, and said throughout the show as well) is said when referring to 'catching' a pokemon. I am not a 100% speaker of Japanese, but it seems this is a play on words combining 'nigeru' and 'getto'.
